Yes! Very easily. It’s a new feature in the theme editor called drop caps. You just toggle it on. I’m out at the moment, but I’ll locate exactly where this is and let you know
So, it is also bad idea to use as many fonts as possible in the same project? And to choose a font based solely on instinct instead of actual feel? (Asking for a friend... 😉)
Yes, too may well compete and confuse. Key is the fonts you choose all work together to support the signature feel and don’t fight with one another 😂
But I also don’t think you should override your instinct as you put it. Very often you intuitively know the right font based on feeling, even if you can’t articulate why. Because fonts howl so much meaning.
But like you said, the choice is simply overwhelming. And with the ability to create your own, geebus. But this is still a cool way to think about it. If you can sense in broad terms what you actually want the font(s) to do in service of your thoughts/message, it does free up more options. Thanks for thinking through all this fontfeeling stuff. I'm gonna tinker with my brand kit on Canva later today... (-:
Loving the step by step @Lucy - Business of Becoming
Now I have New Kids on The Block in my head 😂
Lucy, on the topic of fonts, can you share how you created the large, green W at the beginning of this newsletter?

I found it Lucy. There are so many new functions on Substack. I love that you used it and directed me there.
Perfect. Thanks.
